Looking to find a new trainer do some pad work and technique, anyone know of any good trainers in the Grays/Thurrock area?
Not looking for a personal trainer who thinks they can box! I'm looking for a boxing specialist, ex pro or established trainer.
I'm not looking to turn pro but miss training.
Ideally dont want to go to Romford due to traffic logistics.

You've got belhus park boxing club in south ockendon.
West Thurrock boxing gym off the London rd .
Off the a127 at Basildon you've got the eurofitness gym, a trainer there called Paul Jones who's alright for a bit of training if your missing it.

Must be recent that mate, was only hitting the bags there a few month back. Wasn't a bad little set up that if you wanted to train on the spur of the moment or night when your club wasn't open.
Yea Holland Park abc is round that whole industrial area isn't it
I think the eurofitness is still open but I don't think they have no boxing structure , just the equipment .
Top gun you've got fight farm in Basildon as well ,
