Show down in Southampton in a couple of weeks promoted by Al Siesta with 6 foreign boxers on the left side of the bill , seems a strange one anyone any info on who Al Siesta are & why they're promoting in Southampton ?

Freddie was born around half hour from Bournemouth, in Parkstone, Poole

Fearless Freddie just ordered a book on him. Such a shame what happened to him too which did pique my interest in him. Didn't realise he was from Poole. Geography never been my strongest point.

Yeah was a shame, real old school fighting character he was, nothing graceful about Mills

Some still say Freddie was murdered rather than took his own life
