Who Wins?

I don't think either of them can get down to 200lbs now, so I think it's unlikely that this fight gets made anytime soon, in my opinion.

At their best, Spinks was the better of the two and would have won. This wouldn't have been Barkley's best weight class. However, his career derailed and he lost to several mediocre fighters. Barkley was inconsistent so you never knew what going to get. At times he was decent; other times awful.

I'll go with Barkley. Spinks never looked good at cruiser. He was awarded a gift decision against Burnett in a fight where he took a beating for most of the rounds, he was beaten up and stopped by DeLeon and totally crushed by Qawi. Spinks looked very weak when he had to make 190, with the new cruiser weight limit it would have been different.
