I watched it on foreign tv, i never knew he was being booed, i was just confused a bit as to why he was trying to pull away from his big moment in the spotlight, i thought it very out of character.

Agree totally, EH is great for UK boxing and that is undeniable. Some people are maybe just too young to remember the bad old days before Matchroom hit the scene. The undercards can be hit and miss at times but the USA big boys all want a piece of the action in GB and Eddie is the main man on this side of the pond making it all happen. Best promoter by a mile in this country

They think he's flash. They also like his shows though, that's why they pay to go to them.

I have no problem with people disliking Hearn - or anyone else. I'm just one of those people who likes everyone unless they do something bad to me.

Be surprised if half of them in the stadium even knew who hearn was, pantomime stuff really. He hogs the limelight, yes, but deep down I don't think he's hated.

Anyone with a brain knows that, despite his faults, Hearn has been and continues to be very good for British boxing.
