I totally agree Oiky, but somehow Hearn has worked Campbell into the position.

I find it interesting that right now it is 17 votes to 1 in Linares favour, an almost dead cert, and you can get 2/5 betting on the fight.
A license to print money if you ask me...

I'd be more interested in Campbell vs Crolla but I can't see how that would interest Crolla who is in a bit of an awkward position now having lost 2 on the spin at the top level. Does he risk another tilt at a world title or start again with the other contenders? Will he settle for gatekeeper status after all the glory of the past couple of years? Interesting to see where Crolla goes from this point actually, a fairy tale career he's had but he won't want to bow out on two losses

Thanks - but in the eyes of the boxrecers? I went for Linares but at the moment Campbell is being given less than a 5% chance of winning.

I cant personally see how Campbell beats him. Linares has too much experience in my eyes...

Beltran is looking beastly right now, with KTFO power and durability that Linares doesn't have, but he still seems to go under the radar. I think there is a better risk/reward ratio with Linares...

I think Linares would outbox Campbell comfortably, and probably stop him.

Aye fails a drugs test and has KTFO power afterward ....

I only mentioned him because him and Campbell are 1 and 2 with the wbc so a vacant belt means they fight for it.
