Ok so I was supposed to fight Saturday in Kentucky against Gregory Corbin. But he couldn't pass his prefight physical due to his blood pressure being to high, the commission says I was only owed travel money $200 because I drove from St Joseph Mo to Louisville Kentucky 9hours. I also pulled out of a heavyweight tournament same night due to making more money for my family. So I came on here to see if anyone knew what I should do next weather I should just right it off as a loss or have my attorney look to see what he can do. Any thoughts are appreciated thanks for help in advance

FWIW I would suggest having a lawyer look in to it; if you pulled out of the tourney then you have proof of lost wages. I'm not sure how much of a chance you have unless any financial guarantees were signed beforehand. Good luck!

But 3 months ago he was able to fight a 10 rounder?
It's remarkeble, but in my opinion he should at least pay a couple of 100 more, you wasted loads of time on him.
Ask him how he would react if you were unable to pass the same test, so he had no fight but did travel.

I would tell him Deontay Wilder managed to get many millions while he never stepped into the ring and had a 90% chance of losing anyway against Povetkin (who after all passed the test anyway!). Wilder didn't even went to Russia at all and still received many millions he didn't deserve along the American law.
