Fury v Klitschko

I know after furys first fight with klitschko they had a rematch clause could klitschko still use this if Tyson comes back? Or does it go after a certain period of time ?

If Fury gets past the drug charges and isn't banned then I still think he's a year or so away from a fight at that level. He needs to be fighting someone along the Charr/Helenius lines to get back into form.
If he went straight back in with a motivated Wlad who was prepared to go for it I think he'd be in real danger of an aborted comeback before it really got going.

I don't know, but I can't see him wanting to with Tyson holding nothing and I'm sure it would definitely become void after Tyson fought someone.

Yeah but that's not what I'm getting at, what I mean is if he's contracted to fight klitschko by a rematch clause would he even be allowed to take an interim fight?

I imagine Wlad fighting someone else in the interim puts pay to any rematch clause for the original fight. Remember, Wlad has a rematch clause with Joshua; he can't have two rematch clauses active at the same time.
I believe the moment Wlad signs a contract to fight Joshua, including rematch clause, whilst Fury is at home without a licence to box, the original rematch clause between Wlad and Fury is gone.
