But what would YOU like to see AJ do next?

Ortiz or Pulev. I'd like to see Wlad retire and I'd like Fury to have a warm up fight before AJ. I'd favour Ortiz over Pulev because of all the hype surrounding him. I've never been that impressed by him tbh but he's unbeaten and has some skill.

I agree that I'd like to see Wlad retire but I think that's down to respect for what he's achieved in the game and respect for him as a truly decent human being and not wanting to see him carry on and have one fight too many.

Looking at it from a purely sporting perspective there are still unanswered questions from Saturday's fight. If Wlad had jumped on him after the knockdown could he have stopped him ... if Wlad had fought from the first bell like he fought after he'd been knocked down would he have been far enough ahead on the cards to shut up shop in rd 11 and not get tagged.

I'd love to see them fight again.

I think we all need closure on this Luis Ortiz storyline. Is he something or is he nothing? We must know!

I've voted for Pulev. It feels like the pair have been destined to meet for some time, either be it for the EBU or in an IBF mandatory. Although Ortiz shelf life is pretty short right now. Not getting any younger. So opportunity to make that fight may be limited. A lot will depend on what the governing bodies are saying. I cannot remember the last time there was a successful mandatory defence of any belt...

I instantly voted Fury but this made me question myself. I think Wlad has plenty left though so wouldn't mind seeing a rematch while Ortiz and Pulev fight for the right to face the winner. That would probably take us to this time next year and would give Tyson plenty of time to get in shape and active. Add in a Wilder-Parker unification and the Heavyweights would be flying.

Two decent challengers and both could aid his development, but I wouldn't be surprised to see him blast both out in spectacular fashion

Pulev for me. Decent, solid opponent but nothing too special.

Wlad should retire with his head held high after Saturday night. Fury doesn't even have a licence and could be facing a long ban for PEDs. Ortiz has looked dreadful since signing for Matchroom.

Pulev v Ortiz is actually a decent fight mate

Fury needs a comeback fight before meeting Joshua.

Klitschko I think should retire now. He has nothing to prove. If he should fight again, it should be a farewell fight against a fighter he should defeat - I think Parker.

Pulev or Ortiz are both acceptable opponents. I would favour Ortiz as Pulev has done little (Peter and Kingpin?) since he was crushed by Wlad.

I had thought the winner of Helenius/Chisora fights the Klitschko/AJ winner?

Eubank Jnr fancies the fight at a catch weight apparently

One question I've got is where do Briggs and Oquendo fit into this WBA mess, what happens with the winner of their gassed maul?

I voted for Wladimir - I think he deserves another go if he wants it.
Otherwise I guess AJ will have to fight his mandatory against Pulev if he wants to keep his IBF belt.

Why would Pulev be the preference over Ortiz or Fury?

it will be pulev as IBF mandatory

wlad should pay striverne to fight him , beat him, and steal the wbc no.1 contender fight
alternatively fight hammer (get a top wbo ranking) and fight parker

he beats wilder and parker, not AJ

remember wlad is an athlete for last 21 years
although 41, he still boxes like a 30y old

dr steel hammer has another 5 years left

now I know why he says he feels young

but again, nothing to prove

if he is desperate let him fight briggs/oquendo winner and retire

I'd prefer to see him in with Wilder next

AJ still a work in progress. He came through some scares to win the other night and still needs seasoning. Of the two mandatories Pulev is the easier, but still a very good fighter that AJ will learn something from before going in with Ortiz.

Fury last because he is not going to be fit enough and should have at least one fight to shake the ring rust off. We all want to see it but Fury should be as good as he possibly can be so he gives himself the best chance possible. I think he will definitely come back now and I think AJ-Fury will be unbelievably huge.
