Boxing shows on a Wednesady night

Lets go back to the good old days when World Title fights were at wembley arena and the royal albert hall on a wednesday night and the main event was on at a sensible time like 21:30.

All the Eddie Hearn shows are shite. A ring in the middle of a nightclub is what it reminds me of.

Boxing shows should be made up of men who are fans and involved in boxing and blokes who look like Arthur Daley, not city slickers in their 20s who can blow 1500 quid on a ticket six miles from the ring. Whats with all the music in between rounds ? Unbelievable !

The fans they showed on Sky at the Joshua fight looked like they were off their tits on coke.

If i was a promoter i'd make it so that ringside you had to wear a suit and tie or a dicki bow.

The fights were on a Tuesday night and shown on Sportsnight on a Wednesday originally, it didn't change until FW started putting on his shows on ITV's Midweek Sports Special live on a Wednesday.

Feck that. I like my boxing at the weekends. The odd midweek show for a treat is alright like when they had the odd prizefighter on a weeknight etc...

If I started hijacking the tv for boxing during the week as well as weekends I'd be out on my arse.

The Cartel had it down up so basically only they could put on good shows. Everyone has a lot to be grateful to Fwank for for breaking them.
