You need an other option. Spence/Crawford is better than Spence/Thurman.

Only ONE vote?
That's cruel man!
I voted Lomo, seems the most entertaining, but I would be happy with any.
Yes!

Josh/Klit 2 is the only fight on the list that's likely at all.

I disagree. If spence wins which i think he will than thurmam spence is the next logical step. The media gonne go crazy for this one. Spence home from england as a new star, thurman as the proven champ.

When kovalev wins, than the first 2 names that will pop up in the media will be gvozdyk and bertebiev. Maybe adonis, but for some reason he wamts no part of serguy.

You're certainly entitled to be wrong. None of those fights happen this year. Zilch.thurman will fight Peterson or porter if he fights again this year.

Of fights that don't get a lot of mention I like:

Anthony Joshua vs Luis Ortiz...

Mairis Breidis vs Oleksandr Usyk...

Joe Smith vs Badou Jack...

Dmitry Bivol vs Artur Beterbiev...

Gilberto Ramirez vs Callum Smith...

Thurman and Spence Jr by a long shot. That fight would be incredible. I doubt that we'll see it for many years though. Thurman has already been quoted that Spence needs to put the work and time in to get the shot like he and everyone else did. Thurman will fight Porter again and beat him again and we'll just have to let this one mature before it becomes the NEXT fight we MUST see. And i think that we will see it.

Media and money make fights. Not boxers. If there s enough money on the table for spence and the media hype and he becomes a star after beating brook than it might happen quicker as you guys think.

Conlan vs Tso

As a fight fan that fight would have me more excited than any other

Why is Spence Thurman there? Should it not be Brook/Spence winner v Thurman? A lot of people are writing Brook off in that fight. I slightly favour Spence but I wouldn't be surprised if Brook beats him.

There's big assumptions on this board re spence

Makes brook winning even better

He's looked the goods so far but he's not been in with anyone near as good as Brook. Brook can whack and is very accurate. He's gonna be fired up for this one. I still favour Spence because Brook is coming off a defeat and Spence hasn't really put a foot wrong but it's not a forgone conclusion.

Be interesting to see if Brook does the weight OK after fighting at 160. Made the check weight limit ok the other day so looks to be on track at least.

We just had the best fight possible for boxing last week. Either a rematch or AJ v Wilder would be the best going forward but we have two of the three best welters squaring off in less than two weeks. We have the rematch of the controversial fight between the two top rated light heavies, both rated p4p in most top ten lists, coming up in little over a month. We have 3G v GingerHead coming up in September.

I would say that we are being spoiled relative to the last ten to fifteen years.

They don't get a mention because these aren't big fights. Pretty standard fights except I think people are more interested in Usyk/Gassiev than Briedis/Usyk but whatever.

Also, I voted Garcia/Lomachenko. Probably the best fight in boxing to be made. Any combination of Garcia/Lomachenko/Crawford could instantly put a winner in a very good place historically. All 3 are p4p fighters. Amazing that only one division seperates Garcia from the two.

Loma v Garcia is the fight involving the 2 most talented fighters but I've no idea how their styles would gel.

The best fight possible from an event point of view is AJ v Fury - two young undefeated heavyweights, the now widely regarded consensus champ versus the lineal champ, King Humble vs Dr Evil, Matchroom v FW, London vs Manchester etc etc

Loma is just to small for crawford. I mean anything can happen in boxing. Midget pac went up like 9 weight divisions. Crawford against indongo or rances would awesome. Loma against davis or garcia. The most skilled boxer on earth against tremendous ko punchers. I hope so much we get this kind of scenario!

It depends on what you are after as I can recommend.

James DeGale v George Groves II (assuming Groves beats Tyron Zyuge)
Keith Thurman v Kell Brook v Errol Spence winner
Roman Gonzalez v Naoya Inoue
