I admire guys like this who try to use loop holes to avoid paying or getting out of legal issues.

The law of the land is the Magna Carta signed by King John and as the Queen promised when she swore on the oath of allegiance that she would uphold the laws of the land.

So technically anything not covered under the laws of the Magna Carta are simply statutes of law or acts of law,which are just adjustments basically.

It's a historical marvel, but a legal relic. I took my kids to the Magna Carta exhibition at the British Library a couple of years ago. My son, then aged 6, asked why it said nasty things about woman and Jewish people.....

And of course, he didn't actually serve any time as he paid the debt in full rather than be incarcerated.

I understand that different people have differing views as to what tax they should pay, but I don't think there is any form of coherent argument for not paying your council tax.

I knew a guy who didn't pay his he was just a fckin idiot who couldn't even spell Magna Carta. His wages were arrested and they were taking 20 odd percent of his money every week.

I've seen it too. It's pathetic. There's a guy famous for his freeman shite stays on a farm near here. He got caught with a very small personal amount of grass and ended up in jail for three months because he wouldn't give his name. He'd have had a £60 spot fine had he just been sensible.
