They were both Cruiserweight champions at the same time with De Leon held the WBC title while Ocasio held the WBA title, but they never fought in a unification bout. Why that match never happen between the two Puerto Rican fighters and if they fought who would win the 15-round unification bout? I say De Leon by decision, but what is your opinion?
