I'm not surprised by this at all... Chavez is one of the dumbest jerks ever born...
Everything is done for him. He doesn't plan anything .... He's like Leon Spinks. Anytime he's on his own anything can happen. Somebody needs to watch him.

Chavez probably saw the whole thing happening but didn't fight back. He's used to that.
