Honestly lads this whole Tyson Fury situation is a joke had a quick look online and saw that the final decision would be made in October.

Regardless of how long Fury takes to get the weight down I think the way they have handled the situation is poor not just for Fury but it's making the UK look bad into how they manage drug related situation.

What do you lads think ?

Honestly pal was talking about this at work and even the Fury sceptics felt this was shady

Someone had a conflict of interest. Why does that require a 5 month delay?

God only knows what's going on. Odd that the Furys haven't been particularly vocal about it though. You'd imagine an innocent person would kick up an enormous fuss about it taking so long. I suspect there are loads of machinations and accusations going on behind the scenes, leading to a kind of deadlock.

Question from someone who knows very little about this type of thing. Let's say Hughie got a ban from UKAD. What exactly stops him from, say, fighting in New Zealand against Parker?

Is it because the WBO would presumably drop him? Is BBBofC approval needed for the bout, and would the UKAD ban preclude that? Would it be against the law? All of the above?

No discisions , been made , all been dragged out , no court case for restraint of earnings , lot more going on than whats being released

My take on it is that both parties are at fault. Hughie and Tyson both failing drug tests so close to one another, plus Tyson's failure to respond to further testing requests, are clearly difficult issues to just sweep aside.

UKAD however have made a complete hash of the investigation and the scenario still could pan out with Fury being licensed to have a world title fight having failed a drug test. I can see heads rolling and I imagine that may have played a significant part in the delayed process.
