Are You Buying The Brook-Spence PPV?

I'm undecided at the moment. Definitely want to watch it, but not impressed with 2 PPVs within 30 days. Will probably not buy it as would send a very bad message to Sky if this does well so soon after the Joshua PPV.

I'm sort of getting the feeling that the main event won't live up to expectations. I think it could end up being a dull, cagey affair.

i think it's pretty much guaranteed the main event will be action packed. Brook has a great chin, tough as nails, and is going to be pushed to the limit by Spence maybe even past the limit. This has all the makings of a tear up.

I disagree. I think both fighters are pretty aggressive, and after perhaps a cagey 2-3 rounds, I expect it to leap into life. I'm not sure either will drop into a tactical points victory from the outset. Brook has a decent chin, so would expect he'd have to ship a lot of punishment to go down.

That said, as some have already alluded to, two PPV's in 30 days is a bit much, not sure my student bank account will cope too well. Will stream, but if I was more financially endowed, I'd probably buy.

It's not going to be easy not to buy on the night, even if you think Sky are getting above themselves . Top undercard too

The Brook-Porter fight - which is probably the closest fight in Brook's career in terms of ability levels to the Spence fight - didn't leap into life.

Yeah that's what I would compare the likely outcome of this fight to. Personally I thought the Brook-Porter fight was really entertaining. Porter was really going for it, and as a result playing right into Brook's hands.

I have only ever done PPV for the combination fights between. Floyd, Hatton and Pacquaio.

Hearn is not getting a single penny from me in PPV.

I'll get it, way I look at it is if I went out, even down the local with the Mrs it would cost more than the PPV fee.

All round my mates house. Well looking forward to it, much more so than Joshua-Klit. George Groves was the icing on the cake really. Two PPV's in a month not so bad if they good quality fights..... be complaining if it was more Bellew-Clevewrly style dross.

Not sure who Brook needs to fight to make himself a household name but he's still not known by many outside of "Hardcore" boxing fans.

100% YES. When the fights were announced I was more excited about this fight than Joshua-Wlad.

If I was home I would buy it, but I'm going to see Kiss that night. If I wasn't at the gig I'd probably working at an amateur show, so doubt I was ever going to be seeing it live.
