Mosley Asked To Get Vasectomy as Part of Divorce Agreement!

Post by Enlightened-One »

"Mosley Asked To Get Vasectomy as Part of Divorce Agreement!"

There were a ton of shockers in the ongoing legal battle in Los Angeles, between former three division world champion "Sugar" Shane Mosley and his former wife - who at one time was also his manager - Jin Mosley.

Jin filed a defamation suit against Shane Mosley in November 2015 in Los Angeles Superior Court, claiming the boxer caused her emotional distress and that her career as a life coach has been negatively affected by the allegedly defamatory statements.

Mosley testified at the trial on Wednesday, according to Toni McCallister of My News LA, that among the demands in their 2011 divorce agreement - his former spouse insisted he have a vasectomy.

Jin sued Shane Mosley after the boxer claimed that when he married Jin - she was still legally married to her first husband.

“She’s not the sweet lady she played herself out to be,” Shane Mosley said at the trial. “So we got married in 2002 and she got married to some guy in 1995 and was still married to him when we got married.”

Shane claims his former wife did not finalize her divorce from the first husband until 2006 - which Jin and her attorney dispute. He claims to have found out this information in August 2015.

Due to those claims, Shane is trying to freeze the assets in his divorce judgment based on a document obtained by his family law attorneys, that Jin Mosley’s prior marriage was allegedly not finalized until September 2006.

Mosley said he believes his ex-wife wanted him to have the vasectomy because she did not want him to have any more children. The former couple have three children together and each of them has a child from a previous relationship.

And Shane once again confirmed the stunning fact of handing over three of his world title belts as part the divorce agreement with Jin.

“I just wanted to get it over with,” he said.

Shane also said he was surprised to find out that Jin Mosley once worked as a stripper, which she denied on the witness stand on Tuesday.

However, the stripper allegation was corroborated by Nicole Davis - who introduced the former couple to each other in 1999.

Davis testified that she and Jin Mosley were once friends and worked together as bartenders at a New York strip club. She told jurors that Jin Mosley previously was a stripper at the same establishment.

“I feel a little responsible, I introduced them,” Davis said.

Thoughts? :o

(Most) women are evil liars. Mike Tyson was falsely accused of rape. Arturo Gatti probably was killed and people believe his spouse had something to do with it. Stacey Reile posted nude photos of Roy Jones Jr. on the Internet. I feel bad for Mosley. Maybe the sanctioning bodies can make new belts for Mosley.

To be perfectly honest, whilst trying my upmost to avoid portraying myself as a male chauvinist pig, I am utterly perplexed about the demands and claims made by Shane Mosley’s ex-wife.

It’s utterly disgusting that his ex-wife had the sheer audacity to demand during their divorce proceedings that Shane:
• Undergoes a vasectomy
• He gives her all of his hard-earned world title belts

I also find it disgraceful that:
• The family attorneys discovered multiple legal documents that proved she was technically married to someone else, whilst she was still married to Shane
• That she denied to the court that she was a stripper, but her friend (who worked at the same place) not confirmed this, but she went so far as to claim that she actually introduced the couple

If everything about Mosley’s ex-wife turns out to be true, then she must be fúckíng evil bítch!

Most women aren't evil liars... Most of them are nice, but if they worked as strippers, models, actors, cocktail waitresses, dancers, or have been divorced a few times, you need to be very careful. If they're highly educated and hold down a high paying job as a manager or supervisor that's a start. You want a very competent, smart, and energetic woman, who is also a very loving, kind, and generous woman.

If they're too damned concerned about their appearance but don't keep a neat house that's bad. If you can laugh and talk for hours and not know where the time went that's good. You should have a lot in common, love some of the same books, authors, movies, sports, be loyal to the same political party, and have the same values and religious beliefs.. If their friends are people you enjoy being with, that helps.

They need to be absolutely honest and trustworthy. What you don't want is somebody who hangs on everything you say because they're phony.. Many women know they're very beautiful and are just out to get a successful man. They'll do things to let you know they're not real and it's a facade.

I'm struggling to find out any other reason someone would want someone else to get a vasectomy.

Life in the ring us the easy part. Especially when big money is concerned.

All kinds of sharks lurking, looking for a bite.
Some of them are attractive.
Most of them are skilled in seduction.

When you're a prime athlete it is not always easy to rationally control impulses.

This is where the manager comes in.

Trouble is, sometimes the manager is also a shark

What right does an ex-wife have to legacy force their former husband to undergo a medical procedure that prevents them from ever having children with a future partner? Why would a court enforce such a request?

My manager and supervisor are both women and evil liars. I had to hire a lawyer because of them. Having a high paying job or job title does not mean crap. Some of these women get promoted not because of their competence. Another woman could recommend them for a position and they get the job no matter how they do on the interview.

Anyone realizes the irony of a non-remorseful, lying steroid cheat getting conned into marriage by another certified fraud?

I say these 2 belong to each other.

Likely no right. Courts give a long leash to prenups but, in some cases, the demands can be too high and courts won't allow the demand. Something that involves a permanent change to someones health, or ability to maintain a living or family, is one of those instances. Being able to have children is a fundamental right that can only be taken away due to a serious crime that makes you a danger to children.
