Anyone seen much of Kovalev (Russian bantamweight) in these games? Remember him finishing second in the worlds last year and am sure he won the Europeans earlier this year but may be wrong. Thing is have done my nuts on Rigondeaux winning gold and am getting a bit edgy.

Agasi the Uzbek beat Rogondeaux last year in the worlds so may well challenge again

Can't be discounted. But to be fair he has won 2 out of 3 of their meetings. Shamefully am piling into Rigondeaux again today at 2/5. Anyone who fancies a bit of value in the Olmpic boxing could do worse than have a few bob on Bakhtiyar Artayev to win at welterweight. Aragon the Cuban is the bookies' favourite but have seen Artayev a few times now and he looks the nuts.

Hope a few of you got on. Amazing prices on Artayev. He was 9/1 as late as Friday. 7/2 to win his semi and 4/1 to win the final. Tough as old boots. He has pair dor a new fitted kitchen at chez goods!!! Out of respect should I hang a pic of him above the new oven?
