I wish I lived down in London as this should be a decent meet.
Nigel Benn and Michael Watson, two of our greatest ever Middleweights will both be appearing at Worldwide Signings on June 24th. These two incredible warriors will be signing autographs and having photos with their fans. It is free entry to the event, you will only pay for autographs
Worldwide Signings
Unit 110, Romford Shopping Hall, 43 Market Place, RM1 3AB Romford
24 June at 12:00–14:00

There's also this event next weekend which is a little bit nearer to you. Looks like Benn and Watson are there on the Saturday only.

As always it'll hit your pocket harder if you're a boxing fan. Some examples below for signed photo / other item. Hmm, wouldn't mind Gascoigne's...no, screw that, I'll have two Conor Benn's for the same price instead.
Ricky Hatton £40/£50
Carl Froch £35/£40
Joe Calzaghe £35/£45
Paul Gascoigne £30/£40
Nigel Benn £25/£35
Conor Benn £15/£20
Geoff Hurst £15/£20
Gordon Banks £15/£20

Who in their right mind would pay £15 for a signed photo of Conor Benn ?

I copped Hatton for a signature on the Kostya programme for free. Paul Speak wasn't happy but Ricky basically told him to eff off. Same with Calzaghe. If you're paying for Conor Benn... Then you need help.

I think its absolutely disgusting for sports personalities asking for money for their autographs. I think its a liberty really when its 'us' who have put them where they are.
I wouldnt mind paying if the autograph was a charity event and I knew it was but if I asked a boxer for his autograph and he held out his hand and said £15 please, Id tell him where to go. Saying that though im not a collector of autographs any more so even if I stood speaking to any famous person i wouldnt ask him for his autograph.
Actually I had a conversation with Darren Corbett last night while sat at work (it was by private messenger) and it goes to show how the yesteryear boxers have time to have a chat.

I agree about paying for an autograph if it all went to charity, but otherwise no chance.
Conor Benn! - what the actual fornicate!

Connor Benn the same price as Hurst and Banks. That's akin to going to Maths Expo '17 and Pythagoras charging the same as a gobby nine year old who is good at their time tables. But hasn't learnt past the 6 times table yet.

And we all thought we'd never use it after school

I wish it was in London. Oyster card doesn't even reach Romford (Essex), so it's about a £15 return from Liverpool Street, then you've got to pay for an autograph!

Dont understand autographs, wouldn't want someone's name on a bit of paper for free let alone pay for it.

I was lucky enough to interview them both face to face for Boxing Monthly, although 12 years apart. True legends.
