I know titles are all over the place these days so its nothing new to witness a title sprung that you have never heard of but what is interesting is that what do you need to be to be able to fight for this title?

What are the requirements that boxers need to be able to fight for the IBF East/West Europe Super Welterweight Title ?

I should imagine the only requirement is to pay your sanction fee. Sounds like another joke title

What countries would that rule out and rule in? There has to be a definitive answer for this titles eligibility (im not emailing IBF to find out though)

Definitely don't start emailing them mimms, they'll be after your cash more than those scammers you bait but these fuckers won't give up.

You'll be fighting your family for the IBF intercontinental east Yorkshire open weight belt in no 5ime and for the princely sum of £8k

There'll be no specification to compete for the title, other than the competitor is alive. Remember when Larry Donald was the Latin heavyweight champ?

I'd hope that would be a rule with the IBF. It wasn't in the past for the WBO.
