By the accounts I've heard he is an arrogant bellend to deal with unless your a boxer, MMA fighter or promoter. Alot of other journalists in boxing and MMA don't speak highly of him.
He has done a ton of MMA TV work which really does not suit him either. Coming across smug and arrogant whilst mispronouncing fighters names and being rather clueless at times. I seem to remember Conor McGregor getting annoyed at him and mugging him of. Better on paper as you say.

Oh Im sorry how negligent of me!
Just imagine though if Bunce and Davies ever ended up in the same room....there would have to be a pre show warning along the lines of "Bunces fat man suit and Davies technicolour polka dot waistcoats may induce vomit in viewers...windows would shatter, it would be like two dogs howling and the only uncertainty would be whose suit burst first as they struggled to dominate each other in increduloiuty

Yes, although Gareth is more of your finest filet mignon than pork.

Soggy biscuits, chaffed thighs, ruddy cheeks and regular sodomy come to mind when I see Davies.

Not everyone can be Reggie Gutteridge and do great newspaper words and TV...Davies needs to trust his laptop.
