More like name-dropping. Whether you want to believe if it's true or not I wouldn't read too much into it

I dropped him. It's a well known fact every time he spars he gets chinned.

I crossed paths with him on the street once and I wobbled his knees a bit with a particularly tough stare

So many people have allegedly battered AJ in sparring that it's not particularly notable at this point

Apparently, they've had to bring in an extra cushy ring to soften AJ's nonstop falls to the canvas...

To be fair he did recover well, sprang off the wall with a teethkiss that had me reeling onto the back foot. He looked like he might even be about to spit some game at me

I also hear that a Scottish guy in his late 40s parked in front of AJ, and then gave him a battering for wanting to do something about it...

Wouldn't be surprised if they've dropped each other in sparring a few times each. It's sparring and it's very easy to get complacent.

In saying that I've watched some spars that you wouldn't mind paying to view. Years ago in my old gym there was a young ameuter lad that used to spar some of the gym pros. He was outstanding to watch. Think he's over training with our very own Arnie Farnell just now. Been out of action a while.

I don't think it's any secret, but Ronnie Pickering knocked out AJ so badly that Joshua had to be scrapped off the floor by a snow plough and was in the care of the head injuries unit for months. To be frank, I can't believe the BBBoC didn't take his license away.

And it was only a jab.....

I heard Brian Sutherland knocked AJ out cold a couple of days ago in sparring.

Yeah..... and Adam 'left hook' Smith was gloving up for a 'Comedy' spar for a Sky piece before Wlad / AJ but Hearn and McCracken ripped the 24oz gloves off Smith saying 'no Adam! Not today, not ever!'

You can see the primal snarling air of competitive fellow-alphas whenever Left Hook and AJ are together.

There's a follow up interview by Dubois where he says 'fairs fair, I'll tell you about a time I got put down in sparring. Adam Smith. Complete animal!'

Sorry I call bullsh1t on this. If Smith hits you, you're going for a long sleep. Dubois either got knocked out or bottled out when he saw AS gloving up. And that's the bottom line
