if you dont have time to watch the video he pretty much talks about how he couldn't cope after the fight he had with Magomed Abdusalamov, leaving him with perma braindamage which led him to drink ( also claims he fought Povetkin drunk).

yeh he struggled with Abdusalamov's injuries.That was a brutal fight,i remember watching that live and its still the most sickening fight ive watched live.Big shots from both men were landing,defence went out of the window and it was just you hit me ill hit you harder.It really should have been stopped.

If you look at Perez when he gets iced by Povetkin,its almost like hes there in body but not in mind.

Im pleased he's come down to cruiser and is in the shape he's in.I think he said he owed it to himself to see what he could do coming into a fight in perfect shape which is really refreshing to hear,hopefully hes back better than ever
