Also note that open and fair boxers like Ortiz and Povetkin are open to random testing, they allow VADA to test them whenever they want.

I understand that Wilder doesn't accept such things, in fact I can't remember I've ever seen any test of Wilder at all, I can even remember Szpilka for example wondering when such tests finally came.
