Kovalev is a tough man to beat but Ward is strong as an ox and has that winner mentality. Pretty much Ward sucked the life out of Kovalev with his inside-wrestling fighting style and landed some sneaky shots. Kovalev was drained of energy.
Ward vs Stevenson would be interesting.
Kovalev vs Beterbiev would be a nice scrap too.

He is born to win using ANY ILLEGAL MEANS. He is a p4p king of dirty boxing. We need a sport close to boxing where head butts, low blows, elbows and wrestling is allowed. He would dominate that sport.

Ward has that RJJ/L.L boxing talent. In Olympics he had a tough run against Russo, Makarenko, Haydarov and Aripgadjiev. Those were very tough fights, no jokes. Then when I saw him in S6 outclassing Kessler and I was thinking that he must be the next RJJ.

Roy Jones didn't foul his way to victory... He was DQ'd once for hitting a downed opponent... Ward had more cause to suffer a DQ than Roy.
