Ward is a "better"(meaning dirtier) version of Bika

They use the same tools to achieve their goal, and those tools mainly include fouling. Ward is just using more fouling. Thoughts ?
Son of Gonads has the advantage of home referees, Bika did not.boxing_rocks wrote:They use the same tools to achieve their goal, and those tools mainly include fouling. Ward is just using more fouling. Thoughts ?
Yep, at about 3:50 the "master technician" throws an awesome elbow. I bet we would beat McGregor at MMA.Impractical Poster wrote:Was it Bika that Ward hit with that MMA style elbow?
Nah.. we are just looking for more reasons to hate Ward.SaadOffTheDeck wrote:Man, you guys must really hate Duran, Tyson and barrera.
I don't give a f*cking damn what at Lickeos thinks about my posts and my account. Wardiots claim that he is p4p #1, so there is a reason to insert him in many threads like it was with Mayweather. The only unrelated thread I inserted him into was the Wilder one and only because he said that he could fight Joshua. Wardiots were ones who inserted the Son of Satan into a Golovkin thread. And also by the way, this thread is about Ward, and it is the only SOJ related thread I started after the fight. So, shut up and Lick whatever you are licking.Lackeos wrote:@boxing_rocks: If you ever grow up and make a post that isn't pure sh*t, then I will never know about it, because 100% of your posts thus far have been sh*t, and there is no point in reading anything you post anymore. You are just throwing a bitch fit about Kovalev's 2 losses in every single thread, including threads that aren't about light heavyweights, and creating new threads to bitch about it. If you ever decide to say anything that isn't completely idiotic, I suggest you make a new account to say it, because this account has no reputation left.
Yep, Duran finishing that Scottish guy with an atrocious low blow after the bell was not pretty. Duran was an entertaining boxer though fouling once in a while, not a spoiler like Ward. The same with the other two.SaadOffTheDeck wrote:Man, you guys must really hate Duran, Tyson and barrera.
Quite a big difference between their execution and Ward's. Those 3 fighters are among the most entertaining fighters of all time. Ward? Not so much. Hell, Marcos Maidana, one of my favorite fighters, could be a bit dirty at times, but I didn't seem to mind it much because he was putting peoples lights out in spectacular fashion. Seems to be a double standard I guess. If the fighter delivers entertainment, the fouling is acceptable. But, if the fighter puts on stinkers, it is condemned.boxing_rocks wrote:Yep, Duran finishing that Scottish guy with an atrocious low blow after the bell was not pretty. The other guys had something else to offer in the ring beside "grinding", i.e. fouling. Ward himself accepted that he is not too physically talented. He doesn't have a punch, his chin is average. He had speed at 168, but at 175, his speed is also average. He has to use fouling to win, and he needs friendly refs and judges to allow him to win that way, which is why he has never fought abroad.Impractical Poster wrote:Quite a big difference between their execution and Ward's. Well, I guess you gotta give it to him for getting it done if he is not too physically talented, doesn't have a punch, and average chin and speed, and gets away with fouling to stop a p4p top 5 boxer.boxing_rocks wrote:The other guys had something else to offer in the ring beside "grinding", i.e. fouling.
