Interesting heavyweight 20-0 Canadian Oscar Rivas.

Never heard of the guy but seems to be motoring on in the heavyweight division

Here is his last fight to date v Jeremiah Karpency

Anyone have any further info on this guy?

Him and Alvarez are linked, iirc both were part of the same amateur team, signed with the same promoter and moved together early. He's had a few injuries. Solid puncher

I believe he was meant to take a big step up, against an American. Possibly Mansour, don't quote me on that, but had problems with his eye(s). Surgery I think?

He's not allowed to fight in America due to his eyes so he has most of his fights in Canada instead. He's been pretty inactive of late and struggles to get any meaningful fights.

This indeed, I'd like to see him against Tyrone Spong.

Funny, I just came across this bloke yesterday while trolling through records. Hasn't fought in almost a year. Also sat out the whole of 2013. Not a great strategy for a fighter now in his 30's.

He had that eye injury, that stopped him temporary I thought.

You want to see everyone against Tyrone Spong.

Exactly, especially as long as nobody has beaten him.
