I'm on a diet as I have become fat- can anyone recommend some accurate weighing scales that are not ludicrously priced?
The bathroom scales I currently use tend to give different weights depending where about on the floor I place them
Thanks

Most scales that work super well to the ounce are pricey... Any old scale will do that's within 3 pounds.. Put it in one place on the floor and don't move it..
Join a gym that has walls of dumbbells, kettlebell weights, barbells, machines, pull-up bars, benches, and the whole works.. They also have nutrition programs you can go on.. Go on youtube and listen up about workouts and nutrition.. keep working out every day for months until you come up with different daily routines where you make progress -- and stick to your nutrition program once you find one you like.
Gyms always have scales anyway and they're pretty accurate.

Yeah- that’s what I ended doing- keeping the scales in the same place- I dropped 65 pounds in less than 6 months through diet and excercise. Could do with adding some muscle but it’s tough because I injuries to both rotator cuffs which put weight training out really. At my age though, il settle for not being a porker

I would get those rotator cuffs fixed... Don't listen to anyone who says they're inoperable... Find the right surgeon and get it done... Your life will improve 1000% if you have full use of your body -- so whatever time it takes for surgery and rehab do it.
