Craig Cunningham

I saw he's done a couple of short rounders since his impressive performance in ending the former Olymipian Ogogo. I thought Craig was going to get some opportunities after that, he's proved he's good TV value, and has a WBC title, so why have none of the promoters snapped him up?

I don't like seeing fighters left in limbo. Promoters should pay more attention to the supposed b sides that come and do well on their show, viewers like a bit of continuity.

Does he sell tickets though ?

Hearn has Eggington and 2 Yafai's as his main Brum fighters.

Abdugofurov has pulled out 'injured' I see, leaving Cunningham in the cold yet again. The kid just wants to fight. I hate seeing fighters out in the cold, especially local ones.

Eddie should get Cunningham vs Welbourne on the AJ card. Wont cost him a fortune for a good tear up between these two warriors.

Its already been done, was top of the bill on a small show in Bham when Craig moved down to win Welborns light middle midlands title.
It was a good contest though, Im sure everyone who was there would be happy to see a return.

I wasn't their but heard it was a great fight that cud of gone either way. I know welborn felt he won the fight and got a bad decision. Only way I can see it happening is if a decent title is online.

lost a decision to a 10-1 african i see. could never get any momentum off that ogogo win. maybe its an ogogo curse cus it was the same with his career too.

Ogogo win should have opened a couple of doors for him really. It certainly got him noticed.

Even though Hearn has yafai and the savage I don’t see Cunningham as a big expense, it could really support the brum cards
