IBF orders Tevin Farmer vs. Francisco Fonseca eliminator

The IBF has ordered a jr lightweight eliminator between #5 Tevin Farmer (25-4, 5 KOs) and #7 Francisco Fonseca (19-0-1, 13 KOs), the two highest ranked available contenders.
The winner will be ranked #1 and become the mandatory challenger for world champion Gervonta Davis. Negotiations should be concluded by July 26, 2017.
