Who will fight Cedric Vitu for tha vacant IBF 154 lbs. title?
Kanat Islam (#3) fights Brandon Cook (#6) on September 9 in Kazakhstan - apparently for the WBA I/C and WBO NABO titles. I haven't seen the fight listed as an IBF eliminator (the #2 spot is vacant).
Will the winner fight Vitu for the vacant world title, or...?

Hurd hasn't vacated right?
Anyway...would love Nonaka to get a notable fight, ranked #7 by the IBF, was linked to a fight with Cotto (before Kamegai got the deal), nice style to watch too
