IBF orders Dib-Fonseca eliminator for Davis mandatory

The IBF as ordered a super featherweight eliminator between #3 ranked Billy Dib and #7 ranked Francisco Fonseca.
The current IBF champion is undefeated Gervonta Davis.

Accidental head clash. Cruz bleed and chose not to continue. Dib was keen to continue in order to get a result.
