No, he's a recipe for disaster imo.

No fighter is “invincible.”

Anthony Joshua has already demonstrated flaws during his bouts against the likes of Dominic Breazeale, Dillian Whyte & Wladimir Klitschko.

FFS he's hardly a recipe for disaster! 2 belts in 60 odd rounds into his career! What a nightmare he's having. Just stopped the best opponent he could face as well

Agree with this except naming breazeale. What flaws did you see?

My take is it'll take a top guy to beat him or a guy with a punch like wilder. 5 years is a long time to account for in sport.

I voted unsure

I agree with Ossyrules about Breazele.
Flawless boxer does not exist.
FMJ is/was literally invincible, but he has/had some flaws.

Wlad was invincible almost a decade. FMJ is still invincible, but this is off topic story.
Do you think that someone might defeat Joshua in the next five years ?
Pretty simple question.....

Not losing doesn't = invincible. Wlad always been beatable, just the quality of heavyweights was subpar during his reign. Mayweather arguably was defeated by Castillo and Maidana and there's names that would've given Floyd problems that he didn't fight at certain times.

I can only imagine he thought Joshua was in danger of hurting his hands.

There were rounds where I felt he coasted. I don’t know if this was due to stamina issues, complacency where he mentally “switch off” (and resorted to auto-pilot) or the awkwardness of the opponent.

I didn’t feel like he was looking for that many opponents or implementing a strategy that was specifically aimed to wear his opponent down. He just seemed to take “time off” during certain rounds.

My evaluation might be a tad harsh, since Joshua is clearly riding a steep learning curve, but I can only express my honest personal opinion, even if it does go against the grain of the masses.

I would like to see the explaination from EO.
BTW, I think that Holmes, after beating Ali, was invincible about five years. Honestly, I feel that Joshua is a level above Holmes, and I consider realistic possibility that Joshua stay undefeated for next five years.

If he stays focused, I can't see him being beaten, his biggest threat has just retired.

I can't agree the Breazeale fight revealed flaws, perhaps it showed an area he could work on, namely being smarter to open up your opponent, but really that fight was just 7 rounds of beating for breazeale, whose only contribution was that he took his beating much better than those before him

I think this is a problem because English is not your native language. You don't mean invincible, you mean unbeaten.

Invincible doesn't simply mean unbeaten, it means impossible to beat. It means that under any circumstances, nobody could possibly beat somebody. That it just cannot happen.

FMJ is not and never has been "literally invincible" and neither is Joshua. Both are unbeaten, not unbeatable.
