Horse will probably move Khan up to 11th or 10th in his rankings after this apology. He fights once every 2 years and usually gets KO'd, so I think Horse judges him on his out of the ring actions

Yeah he's an embarrassment. Obviously he was never the sharpest pencil in the case, but those beatings and knockouts seemed to have cracked the few marbles he actually had.
