Has the fight been announced? Because if not it's stupid that there are any odds at all.

It's at least remarkeble that they have a date scheduled and everything...
After 15 september Wilder his lab isn't suspended any more, so then Wilder can use all the doping he likes again, or fake dopingtests for whoever he's planning to fight but can't handle.

The British boxing magazine Boxing Monthly has Wilder on its cover and that he wants to save heavyweight boxing in America. The article stated for that to happen, he would have to face Joshua in a unification. I think if he can beat legitimate top ten contenders, that would be a good start, but he has not done that yet and he's 31 years old.

About right. Ortiz hasn't fought the best either.

Sounds right to me, I'll believe Ortiz takes the fight when they're in the ring.

Seeing at how Ortiz has been doing lately against opponents who don't come to him, I think that's right. Wilder/Ortiz could always end up like Wilder/Stiverne. Ortiz is a lazy counterpuncher, but he's nowhere near as lazy as Stiverne.

I'd make Wilder about a 3-1 choice.
Ortiz is really nothing very special.
Often looks ill trained. Disinterested.
Bigger Cuban fighters often flame out early in the pros. Lack discipline.
In the gym, Wilder is all about the work ethic.
