This thread is cruel as it is obviously meant to fuel poor Amir's delusions. For years, he's convinced himself that the population of Earth ranked making the Mayweather fight the pkanet's #1 priority. With Floyd out of the picture- he's now kidding himself that people will be willing to fork out a fortune to see him fight Conor.

Floyd dosent have the one punch power of Canelo, and his feet looked really slow as well as only throwing single shots. I appreciate he was doing what he needed to do against a novice but I am not sure PBF is elite level anymore

It was obvious that the fight last night was a one off. I doubt very much you will see McGregor in a boxing ring again.

We now need to move on and avoid these pointless fantasy McGregor fights.

Conor McGregor is NOT a boxer & doesn't belong in the ring with world class, or even European level fighters.

McGregor wouldn't last 5 rounds with Khan.

Khan can't punch as hard as he thinks he can, but he has speed like no other.

He'd flurry McGregor to death & the referee would have to step in to save Conor before the end of the 5th.

Khan would dazzle him. Any half decent British level fighter let alone fringe world level would have no problem with Conor.

Amir Khan REAL easy. Because unlike Floyd he'd actually be scared of Conor, and he'd fight to the best of his ability.

He will. Another Boxing match would ruin his career in both sports.

As it is he'll be able to go back to UFC as an even bigger star than he was before. If he took a loss from a boxer that REALLY put it on him, he'd lose more than just a fight, he'd lose his star power.

Surely Conor in the boxing world, in the right fights, earns more than he does with the UFC?
Maybe go back to the UFC defend his title, then cross back over for a Pacquiao fight?

Yes. This is likely to ultimately wind up causing more trouble for the UFC than it was worth. Even if Conor doesn't talk about coming over to Boxing. All the UFC fighters are going to see how much more he made to box than to fight in the UFC, and several of them will be wanting to box to earn that kinda money.

I expect we'll see a lot more UFC fighters refusing to resign their contract with the UFC so that they can go get some of those Boxing paydays.

Now granted...MOST MMA/Boxer crossover fights wouldn't generate anywhere near as much interest as this one did, but there's still plenty of opportunities for UFC guys to make more than they'd ever make in the UFC in Boxing.

Mayweather is finished that's why he fought Mcgregor. Neither are relevant at the top level. This was just a cash grab

No way, it landed but it wasn't a power shot. Floyd didn't even blink and kept standing in front of him.

Khan is weak around the whiskers but not that weak

Dulorme isn't as talented, and has a weaker chin than Khan. He'd crush Conor with ease.

Still shocked at people's belief in Khan hasn't won a word title fight in god knows how many years and has never beaten a top welterweight
