What if........?

Floyd had another fight say in December against Crawford, Thurman, Spence? How do you see him doing? Did anyone think he looked as if he'd slowed right down or would he find a way like he usually does?

Three of they guys would be interesting fights. I think he'd find a way to beat Thurman and I reckon Spence would be a toss up. I actually think Crawford would beat him but I wouldn't bet on that with any great confidence.

He'd revert back to type and stink the joint out. Imagine him vs Thurman... my god

I wouldn't fancy him against Canelo now and he won with ease against him 4 years ago.
I think Floyd is smarter than people give him credit for, he took on Berto in his last fight because he knew he was waning.
I don't think he would take on GGG even if he was offered huge money, 5 years ago yes.
He knew Connor was a soft touch.

He has slowed and is not what he once was of course, but its impossible to guage where he is at from Saturday nights performance as he never got out of second gear.

There's no point judging Floyds level from the mcgregor fight, as he literally cruised to a victory over an opponent 4/5 levels below. He didn't box serious and didn't need too tbh.

He looked poor and may have dropped his level enough for spence or Crawford to beat him now, he may still have enough. Point being is we don't know how much he's actually got left

I'd back him to beat Thurman either way

Yeah fair point. I think he's definitely gonna stay retired now unless he spunks all his millions in the next year!

Any of the 3 would beat him at this point. None of the 3 are big enough names to justify anywhere near the type of purse Floyd would need to step into the ring with them.

Let's be honest he has slowed right down.....

Still at 50% he was 100% better than a 29 year old McGregor.

I think Floyd almost certainly beats Thurman, who seems to get less impressive every fight to me.

Wouldn't fancy his chances against Crawford at this stage.

The Spence fight, I'd make roughly 50-50.

He'd lose to Crawford or Spence, squeak by Thurman.

51 & out doesn't have quite the same ring as 50-0.

I think Floyd is pretty much done.

The mans 40 for goodness sake.... Why would he risk it? He won't beat father time - no fighter in history has and Floyd will be no exception

I think he would handle them with ease,it only went that long at the weekend because he let it go that long, floyd probably didnt train that much because he knew even not at his best he would have too much for connor. Floyd wouldnt fight either of them because they bring nothing to the table, floyd is about money and majority fighters he has fought has had a country behind them so ppv sales expand,hatton-whole of uk bought into it. Cotto-whole of puerto rico wiuld buy into it. Pacman-whole of Philippines and world bought into it. Maidana- whole of argentina bought into it. Mcgregor-whole of ireland,uk and ufc fans bought into it. Canelo- whole of mexico bought into it. JMM-whole of mexico bought into it. Floyd is a very smart manfor someone who cant read lol
