He beefed up quite a bit, but wasn't ripped, had a tall frame frameBitPlayer wrote:http://boxrec.com/en/boxer/24450

Yeah, I remember watching a bodybuilding video where this guy goes from 200 lbs. to like 140 lbs. after cutting. He said he was surprised at how small he was considering the guy looked pretty fit at 200 lbs. and was around 5' 9". Unless you are a legit giant or roided to the gills, seems like being lean at 200+ lbs. is too rare.crusader wrote:Despite fighting at 154 and 160, he actually looked physically decent at HW by the division's current standards...to me it highlights how far above their natural weights a lot of HWs are.

Pretty much every guy I have come across getting ready for their first show over-estimate their stage ready weight by at least ten pounds. All guys think they carry more muscle than they really do. I see lads who weigh 200lb and think they are going to be shredded at 175lb, but then get to 173lb and can still grab some fat.Mexi-Box wrote:Yeah, I remember watching a bodybuilding video where this guy goes from 200 lbs. to like 140 lbs. after cutting.
