If GGG gets clearly robbed, would Canelo give him a rematch ?

I'm not talkin about a close fight that it could go either way. Just pure blatantly robbery! Would Canelo give a rematch to GGG ??

Come on, AC. You know the answer to this. IF, or should I say, WHEN Canelo steals the decision then he's long gone and will never fight GGG again. The real question should be " DO YOU THINK THAT GGG KNOWS THAT HE NEEDS A KNOCKOUT TO WIN THIS FIGHT?"

I honestly cannot see Canelo keeping the pace for 12 vs GGG, so I think GGG will get a stoppage. If I'm wrong, yes Canelo will get the decision and there will be no rematch.

This does remind me of the attitudes going into Pac v Ramming Speed I. If anything, the talk was about whether Tim would get a fair shake from the judges. The reason for that were the controversial JMM decisions.
Similar situation going into this one. Most think that 3G needs a dominating performance to have any shot at the decision.
GingerHead is the one with the rematch clause.

Obviously if it's gonna be a robbery, NO rematch for GGG! That's the point of a crooked decision.

You'd think so, but they did Ward vs Kovalev 2.

What if GingerHead gets "robbed" or loses a close, controversial decision?
A huge rematch.

Canelo is a young big boxing star. They wouldn't risk a foolish rematch agaisnt a huge puncher like GGG who beat Canelo in the 1st one.

Then, of course, there is the draw / rematch (JCC v Sweet Pea) scenario.
I am of the opinion that 3G must win at least 8-4 to have any shot at a draw. But, I felt the same way going into Pac v Ramming Speed I. I was as shocked as the throngs who have screamed robbery since that fight when the decision went to Tim. The difference is that I actually agreed with the decision.
I think that this does not reach the cards.

The robbery by draw is the conspiracy for you. No rematch.

Yes he'll offer GGG a rematch 4 years down the road when GGG is nearly 40.

A draw dec. would still allow GGG to reach his dream and unify with the wbo champion.

Considering that Golovkin is currently 35, I would certainly consider giving him a rematch when he's 36 or 37. Probably win the rematch legitimately and make a lot of money doing it.

Yes, the Golovkin fanboys are preparing their excuses for when Canelo kicks Gigi's rear from Las Vegas back to Kazakstan.
Let's see, the judges hate GGG because he's never been a Las Vegas fighter. The judges love Canelo because he brings big bucks to Las Vegas. The judges are biased against European fighters. The judges love Mexican fighters. Canelo waited for Gigi to grow old. Canelo is on PEDs.
One excuse, one conspiracy after another.
I just re-watched Gigi vs Brook. I saw nothing that would lead anyone to believe that Golovkin is going to get robbed against Canelo. Gigi is going to get destroyed.
Every punch little Kell Brook threw connected with Gigi's readily available head. Hooks, right hands, uppercuts all hit the target with regularity. Gigi was shaken on numerous occasions. He just plodded forward and ate it all. Lucky he has a supposedly granite chin.
He'll need it when Canelo starts teeing off with his power shots.
It will be easy. So yeah, if Gigi wants a rematch, I'm certain Canelo will oblige. Easy money.
But there won't be any robbery, although I suspect if Canelo scored a knockdown in all 12 rounds, some of you would still argue "But GGG outboxed him when he wasn't getting floored. The decision was fixed."
The only thing fixed is the mindset of those who can't see that Golovkin has only looked impressive because he hasn't fought anyone. Mostly second-tier Euro middles.
He'll go down like his old buddy Kovalev, the beast who quickly flamed out when he finally fought someone who could actually fight back.

There will be no robbery. Canelo is getting stopped unless there is an injury.

Sanchez said. “He told me, ‘Coach, this is our job. She’s going to have the baby whether I’m there or not.’

The topic of this thread is kind of comical, since multiple forum posters are repeating the same unsubstantiated “corrupt judges’ scorecard” accusation over and over again in an effort to wear everybody else down, desperately hoping that raw repetition alone will eventually displace the truth.
One of the objectives of this dishonest debating tactic is to instil an attitude in the mind of others that convinces them if Gennady Golovkin somehow loses a highly-competitive fight by decision, then they will strangely feel compelled to aggressively proclaim that the Kazakh has been “robbed” regardless as to whether most scorecards from those possessing an objective mind-set will deem the winner by perhaps only a one or two point margin either way.
It’s very similar to a kind of self-fulfilling prophecy, where the individual allows their personal bias to justify their belief that their expectation has been realised, when in fact it hasn’t, because their prejudiced or loyalty will blind them, preventing these people from recognising the events that occur in reality.
It feels as though the hard-core die-hard GGG fan base are desperately trying to cover all of their bases, by seeking excuses that cover all possible scenarios whereby Golovkin may possibly taste defeat to Canelo.
They do this in advance of the event itself so that they can aggressively proclaim that they “told you so” and that they “knew all along” that there was “no way” their man “was ever going to get a fair shake”.
I’m a Golovkin fan, but I appreciate Canelo also, but whilst I sincerely expect the Kazakh to emerge victorious against the Mexican, it is entirely possible that he could lose fair-and-square.
