How many minutes of fame does Michael Buffer have left? This guy gets more than a million dollars a night to shout his old and played out catch phrase which is more than most of the fighters risking their lives on these boxing cards. The LEAST he could do is read the freaking scores correctly. How hard is that? He continues to make idiotic mistakes this year with the easiest, most well paid job on earth.

In a FOY candidate last night...he did it again...calling out the wrong winner of the Estrada/Cuadras. What a Jackass. Are we done now? Can he go away?

Can I have his job when he goes? Please, please pretty please.

Regardless, I agree Buffer is long past his sell by date.

Yes, I got tired of him a while ago. It's nothing personal, he's just been doing it too long.

...I guess he's passed his shelf life..others are not better though...some are pretty much irritating..

I couldn't care less who does the introductions. My prefight complaint is every goddamn network having their announcers flap their gums during the ring walks.

He's been a great ring announcer for a long time. I got nothing against The Buff

He also makes ridiculous money off a video game or something like that. He licences "let's get ready to mumble" and makes a ton more from that.

Great voice and still #1 for me, though seems like there's been more mix ups over the last few years (like calling Gary Russell Adrien Broner)..

But Buffer is special too. Made ring announcing more than just a dry intro. Put the fighters in biographical and historical perspective.

Buff's been calling the Big Ones for more than 30 years. He deserves a place in boxing's HOF.
