I can't see the GGG/Canelo winner fighting Jacobs or Jermall. Aside of the wbo champion I see no other good option for that winner. I think Canelo vs GGG would have a second fight and even and third one.
If Canelo wins, the WBC version of the world middleweight title becomes vacant, resulting in Jermall Charlo being guaranteed a shot at the vacant crown.
If GGG wins, then he'd be obliged to defend his WBC world title against his mandatory challenger, Jermall Charlo. He might be given permission to postpone this by engaging in a title unification bout against Billy Joe Saunders. Alternatively, Team Golovkin would have to seek special permission from Mauricio Sulamain to allow the Kazakh to engage in an immediate rematch against Canelo, which he is contractually bound to.
Abel Sanchez has already gone on record stating that neither Charlo nor Jacobs should be deemed worthy opposition for Gennady Golovkin in the short-term, because apparently he wants them to "earn" their title shots. Team GGG have no plans to fight either of those guys.
Sergiy Derevyanchenko is likely to get a shot at GGG before the Kazakh agrees to the Daniel Jacobs rematch, because the Ukraine fighter is the mandatory challenger for the IBF title.
Golovkin's other options, if he doesn't engage in a rematch against Canelo or refuses to face the likes of Saunders, Derevyanchenko or Charlo, is to either be stripped of his IBF & WBC titles, make the jump to 168lbs or consider retirement.
GGG is only three victories away from breaking Bernard Hopkins' world middleweight title defence record, so you have to assume that the Kazakh is unlikely to make the jump to 168lbs or consider retirement until he has accomplished that feat.
Golovkin is also very close to unifying all four main versions of the middleweight crown, so the winner of the Saunders-Monroe Jr. bout will definitely be on his radar after Gennady has engaged in his two bouts against Canelo, especially if the Brit is still the WBO champion, since he would offer a very lucrative payday.
