Don't want to sound like a conspiracy theory but if the deal is : Canelo loses then GGG achieves his main dream i.e unify with the wbo champion then rematch Canelo and lose. GGG may retire with no regrets being an old fighter and Canelo becomes The Man who beat The Man! "Non-zero-sum game"
