Daniel Dubois...

...could do with someone more durable, 3/1 was easy money tonight, would Sokolowski give him rounds? Akinlade or Little as well. Do you's reckon he's beyond this level already and he should move up to even further?
He needs rounds and his trainers need to get him showing his skill so we can gauge how good he is/can be.

I think he could go through the 3 you mentioned in a couple of rounds each
Dubois is ready for the British title imo...
Still a few fighters he should avoid but i think he would demolish lads like Dave Allen & Garry Cornish.

AJ Carter is going to get seriously hurt if he continues fighting.

This !!
I remember when the fight was made a few commented on how this would be a bad fight due to AJs punch resistance!
Not Dubois' fault of course !

I think he's better than Sokolowski and Little, but definitely not beyond fighting at that level....he's been matched with total glass chins and much smaller men (blown up CWs and LHws) to build the monster image, and really has very little value on his record.

Sokolowski, Bacurin, Zumbano Love, Sherman Williams type fighters would be good for him going forward. These guys he has fought have been horrendous (apart from Mendouo who actually came to fight). Hopefully he's not going down the Anthony Yarde route where he's still fighting at the same level after 13 fights.

The board have surely got to change their rules regarding the age limit for fighting for the British title , Dubois could be a world champ by 21 & still only just old enough to box for the British .

I doubt he'll fight again, even Richard the secret Williams can't bring him back from that...although little danger of him getting seriously hurt, because there's no way he's taking a prolonged beating, a couple of light clips and he's out inside 60 seconds. Although the poor dude took a cruncher at the end there.

I think a bit too much is said about Carters chin. For the first 2 KDs its fair enough. But the third punch would knock out anything. It was a monster. You cant walk into punches like that. So I would say that Dubois needs someone with better skill to see if he can land anything in the first place.

Agree 100% that punch would turn off anyone's lights

I dont, have a look at the Odeke knockdown if you are in doubt. Carter has the worst chin I have seen in a heavyweight, yes Dubois hits hard but bear in mind at 20 he hasn't even reached his full strength.

If he just wants rounds, then Jamal Woods is the man.

No rush with Dubois I'm not sure he's ready to take a big step up yet why rush he's still very young for a HW

Stick him in with Kash Ali next fight, then Cornish, Allen and then Price

They're going to have to put this lad in for regional and English titles soon or find a budget to attract better level fighters to get in the ring with him otherwise it's going to be hard to step him up.

It was for the Southern Area title!
What next, maybe Cornish for the Commonwealth and Charles Martin for the world, I imagine he would do them both within a round too.

If he beats Tom Little next (which I think he will) I would like to see Josh Sandland face Dubois...

I would go slow with Dubois owing to age and experince. Let him face some tough Journeymen for the next year Sokolowski is a good example and then come back and clean up the British and european scene then on to world level at around 23, he will be coming into his full man strength by then.

Who is Little in with there?

Dubois I think
The Little-Sandland winner would be a very good opponent for him. Even the loser would top anyone he's fought by a good distance.
