BJS is out because he's a troll. Who could be a serious option for GGG in December ?
Although it would probably be a pain in the a#s and a wasted time to reach a deal with BJS I have the feeling that Golovkin is gonna push only for 'valuable' fights like BJS, Canelo II , Eubank Jr and Zurdo Ramirez. I don't think he's focused on mandatories that doesn't bring him good money. He'd probably vacate, if he's pressured.Tarkus wrote:Derevyanchenko is the mandatory for IBF. He won't be pressured. IBF will strip him if he doesn't fight Derevyanchenko next (unless he unifies with Saunders).apollo creed wrote:Although it would probably be a pain in the a#s and a wasted time to reach a deal with BJS I have the feeling that Golovkin is gonna push only for 'valuable' fights like BJS, Canelo II , Eubank Jr and Zurdo Ramirez. He would vacate if he has better options, like fighting BJS in the Winter and Canelo 2 in May. But if one of these two dont work out then he has no reason to avoid Derev, there are no better options out there. Going 168 would be a silly move in my opinion.apollo creed wrote:Although it would probably be a pain in the a#s and a wasted time to reach a deal with BJS I have the feeling that Golovkin is gonna push only for 'valuable' fights like BJS, Canelo II , Eubank Jr and Zurdo Ramirez. That would be ideal but that pig is just a troll.boxing_rocks wrote:He should fight BJS if the pig agrees to take a reasonable purse. Then if necessary, he can vacate, because satisfying mandatories from 4 sanctioning bodies is close to impossible.
