21st Century Hall of Fame

Ok, bit of a specific question here...

If boxing finished right now, which fighters that had their career exclusively in the 21st century, would be first ballot HOFers?

That excludes recently retired fighters/old timers that are still going and that are not yet in the HOF such as Mayweather, Pacquiao, Mosley, Marquez, Margarito, Martinez, Hopkins, RJJ, Toney, Klitschko etc as they turned over in the 90s.

Andre Ward's dominance at 168 and 2 wins over recognised #1 LHW Sergey Kovalev means that he'd certainly be one. Who else has done enough exclusively in the 21st century to warrant admission to the HOF?

GGG has probably done enough.

I think Ricky Burns will get in.

Tyson Fury will get in even if he never fights again as being in the heavyweight lineage is enough from what I've seen.

Darchinyan
Calderon
Cotto
Dawson
Froch
Haye
Bradley
Huck
Ward
Canelo
Gonzalez
Mares
Yaegashi
GGG
LSC
Yamanaka
D Garcia
Crawford

Obviously some arguable names listed and I'm sure I've forgotten someone along the way. This is a fairly concise list of the maybe's. Though someone like Dawson that is deserving will never get voted in.
