Frampton's back in Belfast

Makings of a very good card at the SSE on November 18th.
Carl Frampton headlines with Jerwin Ancejas vs. Jamie Conlan (IBF Super-Fly world title) as chief support.
Also on the bill, Zolani Tete defends his WBO Bantamweight title and Paddy Barnes will defend his WBO European title.
No word on Frampton's opponent yet but he himself has said it can't be a bum.

Just over 6 weeks to go with no opponent.
He's going to be fighting a chump isn't he?

I would imagine so, Kid Galahad would be fun. I'd expect someone like Ryan Walsh...

Both better than some foreign nobody that I expect him to fight.

It's a shame that Channel 5 bill never went ahead. Good old freeview boxing.

I expect Conrad to sign with Warren in the coming weeks and also get a run out on this card.
Interesting times for both Warren and Cyclone.

I don't know what's going on at Cyclone with this exodus

I'm a big Frampton fan but you're probably right yeah. Can't even think of anyone off the top of my head.

The rumours that are circulating regarding the payment structure / fight purse payment probably aren't helping. Though they all seem to have been happy enough with it over the last few years.

Don't know how long his deal with them lasts - I'm sure he'd be much sought after if available.
He fights with Cyclone in Edinburgh in Nov and Andrew Selby also has a Cyclone card so they are still going for now.

It wouldn't surprise me if we saw BJS v Cummings next
