Errol Spence v Terence Crawford who wins ?

Now Crawford has moved up to 147 what fight would vault him forward ?
An Errol Spence fight would be a big deal ... who would win if it happened ?

I think Crawford has more tools, but Spence is a big Welterweight and has plenty of skills himself along with proven power at 147. I have no doubt Crawford has the skill to compete with the best at 147 and even beat most of them. But Spence IMO is the best in the division right now. I would very slightly favor Spence, but it's a tough call.

Tough one. Crawford snipping his from range, controlling the distance, minimal head movement from Spence. Spence has good power, strength and his constant pressure and may waste less punches as he aims for the body. Crawford better boxer but Spence may be able to assert his will. I’d favour the boxer Crawford.

It is a tough fight to predict. Spence is 2" taller and has a 2" reach advantage, and probably the stronger of the two. He is better at body work, good at cutting off the ring, and a true southpaw. Crawford has better lateral movement and an edge in over-all skills, and the edge in defense. Both have power in both hands. To me too close to call, but if I did Spence 51-49 over Bud. Not one I would bet on though. Mega fight in a couple of years.
Arum will keep it from happening as long as possible imo, even though either guy will fight anyone.

We've seen the incredibly talented 157lbs Terence Crawford dominate significantly smaller opposition, but we've never seen him share the ring with an impressive fighter than walks around weighing 170lbs+, like Errol Spence Jr.
I'd like to see Crawford face a legitimately big welterweight prior to predicting the outcome of this fight, because if he doesn't retain his power in the heavier weight class, or if he struggles to be on the receiving end of blows thrown by bigger men, then he will struggle against Spence Jr. (who admittedly, doesn't appear to be as talented).

think Crawford beats any welter out there, his skill set for me is better than anyone elses in any division and that includes Lomo

Crawford gets walked down and KO'ed.
You don't get buzzed by Gamboa at 135,
then fight Spence at 147 and win.
Those two things don't go together.
But Crawford is not with Haymon, so he's allowed to fight B competition, but still get praised.

I favour Crawford. But Spence is the biggest challenge for him.
I see it going 2 ways. Based on Kell brooks areas of success vs Spence. Crawfords the mover and boxer in this one. If he is clever enough he can get rounds in the bag and see Home a points decision.
Or
He can get rounds in the bag but if Spence has consistent early body success then round 10 on he might have a tough time and the fight could spring spences way

That would only make sense if there was a Welterweight with Spence's power and Gamboa's handspeed.
That boxer doesn't exist.

As of this moment I'd favor Crawford. Once Spence gets a little more seasoning under his belt I think it's a 50/50 fight. It ain't far off from that now, but I'd give Crawford the slight edge for now.

I think I'd go for Spence. I think Crawford is the more talented of the two but not so much more talented that he could make up for the natural size difference. I think Spence would possibly stop Crawford late.

I like Spence and think he has potential and he is obviously the naturally bigger guy. Crawford is the finished article though and I think he outpoints Spence at this stage.

I honestly can't criticize anyone that says that Crawford is #1 P4P fighter right now. Because, he probably is. Let's be real. The guy just refuses to lose an exchange, never mind a round or a fight. Crawford has that chip on his shoulder and ridiculous ability and will that is unmatched.
I give Spence a ton of credit for the win over Brook but I was expecting more to be honest and wasn't impressed with what i saw from him in that fight. I think that Crawford has way too much skill for Spence.RIGHT NOW. Who knows what a title reign will do for Spence? He could get better or worse right?
I think that the best fight to make in boxing right now is Crawford vs. Thurman. Talk about a classic fight. I think that Crawford defeats Spence no matter when where and how.

You are clueless. Pretty ridiculous comments here dude. You must lose your shirt betting on boxing with this kind of intelligence.

I disagree completely. Crawford's most impressive performances were against Postol and Indongo and he was giving up considerable reach, height and weight on fight night. Crawford is that rare breed that will actually get better and better as he moves up in weight in my opinion. TC must be absolutely killing himself to make 140 right now and I'm sure a large part of camp is dedicated to cutting weight. Once he moves up in weight, it's going to be scary to see what he can do in 12 rounds with a well nourished body and tons of healthy energy. I don't see anyone beating him at 147. 154 maybe...but no one at 147 has his skills.

Bud by decision.
With a KO ratio like Golovkin, Spence Jr will hurt anyone he lays hands on. But Bud is just too good a boxer, too comfortable in that ring and can bang, too. At lightning speed - from either stance. Given Spence Jr was behind on the cards until Brook's injury, I take that as evidence he can be edged by decision.

Gamboa is a very unpredictable, faster, and more awkward fighter than Spence even if he's much smaller. For all the credit Spence gets and is well deserve, he doesn't have the best defense I haven't seen him stick and move as effective as Crawford does. Crawford doesn't have to KO Spence to win.

OK. If they fight I'm going with Spence KO.
Don't think someone could think I'm being ridiculous after watching Spence/Brook.
You are talking about a smaller man in Crawford.
And if Spence isn't equal or better than Crawford, they're definitely close enough that Spence will land often and win rounds.
I think in the course of those punches landing, Spence will take Crawford out.
What's so crazy about that?

You are claiming that Crawford is chinny because he caught a big punch as a 135 pounder years ago and was hardly phased by the punch. Canelo was almost knocked out by Jose Miguel Cotto and was lucky to make it out of round 1 so shouldn't we have assumed that GGG would knock him out cold because of it?
Crawford has not only proved that he's got a world class chin but he's been the most dominant fighter in the last few years as proven by the fact that he's rarely lost a minute of a round much less a round. No, don't say Lomachenko has been better because he actually lost. Lomachenko fans need to start remembering that fight because it did actually happen.
Spence may have what it takes to beat Crawford but no one on this planet could outclass him or "walk him down" so you're opinion is rather ignorant and doesn't give Crawford the respect he earned in there.

Crawford's level of competition outside of Postol is a joke.
I am not giving A+ credit for only fighting solid/bum fighters.
Also, Canelo would have gotten KO'ed, but GGG was in the lights for the 1st 3 rounds and didn't throw a body punch.
By the time he started, Canelo was running.
Also, poor comparison because I think Spence is more skilled than GGG, by a good margin.
His walking down of Crawford wouldn't include the same telegraphed right hand repeatedly.
