Just seen a post from BoxingKingdom who are normally pretty spot on with this kind of stuff, that a bout between Amir Khan and Billy Joe Saunders at a Catchweight for the WBO Middleweight title could be announced this week for December.

I'll believe this when I see it. Khan has all the tools and attributes needed to outbox BJS but is he disciplined enough? BJS isn't a puncher but all he needs is one clean dig to that chin and it's game over!

Joke fight. Saunders is one of the worst 'champions' out there.

The 1st KD Saunders put Lee down with would've probably KO'd Khan

Why would you go for BJS over Brook though. Doesn't make nowhere as much money.

seems people would rather take less money to avoid working with Eddie Hearn nowadays. Carl Frampton also chose to work with W@rren over Hearn...

Khan has lost his mind if he thinks this is a wise or winnable fight. I'm beginning to wonder if the punches he's taken are beginning to manifest in his thinking.

I think people are being too critical about this fight, Khan was doing very good against Canelo and BJS doesn't punch as hard as Canelo. Ideally Khan would've had a comeback win against someone like Bundrage.

BJS has been so inactive recently its just good to see him out again so quick, he was never going to fight Jacobs as he wont risk anything until he gets a fight with GGG or Canelo.

W@rren is paying Khan to more than likely lose and raise Billy Joes profile in the process...

Khan will box his head off, good fight for Khan, where he would go after I'm not sure, he'd get decapated against GGG.

He might outspeed him but never outbox him.

Good fight for Khan, he will move and be too quick for BJS. BJS isn't the biggest puncher so I think its a great win for Khan.

Interesting fight. Both tend to rack up the points early. When Khan slows, will BJS have anything left to make a difference?

The build up will be so painful though. You know Saunders is going to say or do something that gives boxing really bad headlines. If his crap gets the medias attention against Munroe, it's going to be close to front page against Khan.

Khan can not fight for the title as he lost his last fight

I don't mind this fight so much, as long as he fights someone decent next, and it's better than more inactivity. Other than Canelo GGG, there's no other names for him to fight to try and raise his profile.

Either that of we'll get Middleweight champion Amir Khan.
