Whyte, he just needs to take it slow and outbox Breazeale, so he doesn't gas too soon.

If this fight is actually happening I'd confidently take Breazeale to outman Whyte. The size, drive and workrate would overwhelm Dillian's shaky heart.

whyte but its evenish. breazealse is awfully slow and has no skill. he won like two rounds combined in his last three fights (lost every round to josh + mansour, down on cards last fight) and got gift before that against kassi. big heart but think whyte is skilled, powerful, and tough enough. quicker hands and can jab and put shots together better. think whyte better than mansour and that untested nigerian.

but its a fight where you can make good case for both guys. whyte did have awful time with chis and breazeale is big strong and keeps coming. wouldnt exactly be a shock if he got to whyte.

I'm picking Breazeale. No other reason apart from I like the guy.
They both lost to AJ, have about the same resume and it's a 50/50. Would be interested in reading other's more in depth analysis, because I can't pick it.

It'd definitely be a fun matchup. Whyte seems slightly more refined in terms of skill to me, Breazeale may possibly be the gutsier of the two, and he'll definitely keep going for it even if he's getting the worst of it so it'd be a good scrap.

Hard to say who'd win. I'd probably favor Whyte to win a decision, but it's a toss up.

Really wish we'd start seeing more of these kinda matchups between the contenders at Heavyweight. It'd really help flesh out the division, and sort out who are really the top contenders out there.

Both men took big punishment off AJ and showed they have heart.
Whytes' experience from his scrap with Chisora puts him as slight favourite for my money in a similar looking fight...

Whyte is the better boxer of the two; but at the same time- I could see Breazeale grinding him down to a late stoppage loss.

Disagree, I think Brezeale is the better boxer and beats Whyte on points

better boxer in what sense. certainly not more skilled. breazeale very slow and crude. blocks with his face. theres a reason he was down 44-50 x3 against mansour. hes started to get a bit overrated. last guy he beat was totally unproven too. still had him nearly out. arguably lost to kassi, showing very little skill against poor mans chisora.

but hes big, strong, and got heart for days.

I'd put large amounts of money on Breazeale.

I feel Breazeale is hugely under-rated and Whyte is still over-rated due to a left hook he landed two years ago.

I can see Whyte starting fast and landing regular on Breazeale, but not having the power to seriously dent him.
Around 6-7 I see Whyte starting to gas and Breazeale to start walking through him, and forcing a ref stoppage around 9-10.

Breazeale has a huge heart that gets him out of tricky and tough situations.

Two tough guys. See this as a 50/50 fight. At a push I'd side with Whyte by points or late stoppage but not with any confidence.

I think I would win, anyone who likes heavyweight boxing would win.

I don't under rate Breazeale at all. I could see him doing what he did in his last fight to Whyte. Whyte has been inactive, tends to gass around 8-9 rounds.
