Who did better at heavyweight? Bob Foster or Vicente Rondon

We know that Bob Foster fought Vicente Rondon and beat him for the unified Light Heavyweight Title. However, in your opinion, when both fighters each fought heavyweights, who did better results despite the fact that they weren't so successful?

Like you said, neither guy was very successful against heavies.
Rondon was pretty much washed up when he ventured into the heavyweight division following his debacle against Bob Foster.
I always wondered how he lasted the full 10 against Shavers. Must have held on for dear life the entire bout. I doubt he ever tried to mount any attack against Shavers. He was stretched quickly by Ron Lyle.
Of course Foster fought and lost to heavyweight royalty in Ali and Frazier, and contenders like Terrell, Foley and Doug Jones.
Foster obviously fought a higher grade of competition at 175+, so I'll venture that Foster was the more competent heavy.
But one thing's for sure, Foster was head and shoulders above the talented Rondon at light heavyweight.

You were thinking the same thing as I am. Yes, Foster lost to heavyweight royalty in Ali and Frazier, but I would not considered Ernie Terrell as a contender because he was a former belt holder as WBA Heavyweight Champion. Despite the fact that Terrell wasn't in the same level as Ali and Frazier, he was in the heavyweight class in the golden age era.
