to be honest my knowledge of divisions below bantam on the world scene isn't great...simply cos we rarely see any of the action on the tele. But there are guys i follow and keep track of. Arce, Montiel (who won last night), Too Sharp Johnson, Morel, Munoz and Irene Pacheco.
He impressed me a lot against Kelly, and i was looking forward to watching the fight that was supposed to take place last night, on ch5 when ever they were going to show it.
It's a shame Pacheco fights so rarely, like once a year, he clearly has a lot of talent.

Would that have been the first proper world title fight shown by ESPN since five got the rights. I really can't remember seeing another one.

Pacheco was shit hot against Damaen Kelly, Darchinian is game but i think Pacheco's extra world level experience and extra class would have told on points.

Braithwaite vs Springs was an ESPN fight - but it was shown on Sky.

SKY showed Braithwaite-Springs as a filler before Tyson-Etienne, those were the days when the put fights on to kill time instead of asking Johnny Nelson the same question seven times.

I'm not sure if it was for this particular bill, I didn't pay for this PPV but I do remember watching the Cruiserweight fight. Perhaps they showed it in the replay a week later.

SKy showed it, but channel 5 did also a week or so later. Same thing happened with a Diego Corrales fight that SKY decided to show.
